Production Time

Every item is custom made to order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days. Once prepared, your order is securely packaged and dispatched via our local courier partners.

Delivery Times

We operate regional workshops to dispatch your order from the closest location, reducing shipping times and environmental impact.

• UK & Europe: 2-5 Business Days (after production)
• USA & Canada: 3-6 Business Days (after production)
• Rest of World: 7-14 Business Days (after production)

International Duties & Taxes

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable outside of the shipping region are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information online.

Customs & Import Taxes

Because we dispatch from regional facilities in the UK, EU, US, and beyond, most orders will not incur customs charges. However, if your order is shipped across an international border, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processes.
